A kneeling chair is different to any other normal ergonomic office chair.

• It offers no support to your upper and lower back while seated and distributes the weight of sitting between your bottom, upper legs and your knees.
• It can offer comfort and relief to certain users, depending on your specific needs and cause of discomfort.
• We generally do not recommend the kneeling chair as an 8 hour a day solution, but rather as an additional positioning or seating option for shorter intervals during the day – normally 30 minutes to 2 hours at a time.
• For users with lower back pain, the kneeling chair can provide a welcome change in your static position.
• The design encourages an upright posture by aligning the back, shoulders and neck.
• The tilting of the pelvis makes it very difficult to slouch back into the chair.
• Please note that the chair comes boxed and requires assembly.
